Resolution Resort - Koh Chang

Room was pretty big with a nice view and a huge balcony - great for chilling. the staff were super friendly. the food was diverse and really good for all meals. Honestly, couldn't find a single thing to complain about! 👍

holiday base for travelling to koh chang and exploring local places. good beds in our standard king room. a very nice restaurant with lunch and dinner. what a really amazing stay, no complaints whatsoever.

Location: the hotel was near the garden, beach and the jungle on one side and sweeping views across the bay on the other.

The location of this place is quite secluded. the beach views here are really beautiful 🏝️ and the staff members are super friendly and kind.

Stayed in a cozy beachfront room with a stunning view. Enjoyed the pool and water activities. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Convenient shuttle boat to explore nearby areas.

Apparently, private balconies and scuba diving were not my thing. Oh well, can't have it all!

The double room was perfect with all necessary amenities like a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and a TV.

The rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained. the resort offers a variety of facilities including a refrigerator, electric kettle, and climate control. It is conveniently located near Bang Bao Pier and restaurants. the resort is situated away from the crowded tourist areas, offering a peaceful retreat.

The place was perfect and relaxing. the staff were amazingly nice. - the location was particularly good, with breakfast ready in the morning before the restaurant opens. - the hotel was near the pier and a lovely sandy beach on the other side of the bay.

Nestled amidst the lush greenery, this retreat is tucked away down a long path of steps away from all the other places, close to nature. the view of the bay from the deck is stunning, and the pool sparkles invitingly in the sun. the rooms, though worn down in some places, are immaculate and offer everything you need for a comfortable stay including a clean bathroom with basic toiletries and fresh towels daily. the staff goes above and beyond in their service and are always friendly and eager to help, while the in-house restaurant serves up some delicious meals.

Access to the resort may pose a problem for those with mobility issues, as you have to climb up and down a long flight of stairs.

I always go back to this place because I feel welcomed. The staff helped me with my bags when I first stayed here. They have everything I need like Wi-Fi, parking, swimming pool, air conditioning, and a game room. Can't wait to come back for New Year!

Though it may be a bit inconvenient to reach, with a long path of steps from the parking area, the seclusion is worth it for those seeking peace and tranquility. the hotel offers a great view of the bay, which can be enjoyed from the rooms or the outdoor facilities. the staff is friendly and provides good service, making the stay pleasant.

One negative aspect of the hotel is that it may not be suitable for people with mobility problems due to the long and steep path of steps leading to the hotel from the parking area.

I had an very nice stay at this hotel, it was so relaxing and peaceful. The staff made me feel like family, ensuring I had everything I needed, from getting me a scooter to helping me plan my trip. The hotel facilities were great, I loved the free kayaks and fine pool area. The location was perfect, right by the sea with amazing views from the top of the hill. The breakfast was delicious and exceeded my expectations.

Although there were some minor downsides, overall everything was fine.
